Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the delivery, and once the product is returned to us in original condition, the refund will be initiated after deducting shipping and handling charges.
3. Cancellation for Special or Customized Orders
Orders placed for customized, made-to-order, or special products cannot be cancelled once confirmed. These items are prepared specifically as per customer requirements and are non-refundable.
